It is estimated that we spend
$29 billion or more a year on our pets. Hopefully more and more of
that money is being spent on natural approaches to animal health care. Much information is available
on the Internet and in books about addressing health issues in animals from
a holistic approach. Meaning, using as many alternative and
complementary modalities as possible. This can include supplements,
acupuncture, chiropractic, energy/healing work, flower essences, essential
oils, and much more. I will provide information here from time to time
about specific health issues as I feel appropriate.
If you are new to the use of holistic care, I encourage you to conduct
your own research on the Internet, obtain one or more books which address
holistic animal care, and work with a holistic or homeopathic veterinarian
for your animal's optimum health. Please see
Holistic Care and Resources for additional
information.
